Refunds and Returns:

Ekshabd Jewels operates on a strict no refunds and returns policy. Once a purchase is made, it is considered final.

Items purchased during sales, using discount codes, or gift cards are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

Return Procedure:

Upon receiving your order, we request that you record an unfiltered and unedited video of the unboxing process. This video will serve as
valuable documentation in the event of any issues with the product, such as
damage, missing items, or incorrect products.

To initiate a return or exchange, kindly email us at ekshabdstore@gmail.com with your order number in the subject line within 48 hours of receiving your order. Ensure that you attach clear images displaying any defects in the products.

Transit and Delivery:

Once an order is in transit, we are unable to process refunds or cancellations. Delays in delivery, beyond our control, do not qualify for refunds or cancellations. Likewise, once an order has been processed, refunds or cancellations cannot be initiated.

Customer Responsibility:

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure accurate shipping information. If a package is returned due to incorrect or incomplete address/contact details provided by the customer, only 50% of the amount will be refunded within 3-5 business days.

Failure to report any issues within 48 hours of receiving the products will result in no refund or exchange initiation. 

Declined Prepaid Orders:

In the event that a customer declines a prepaid order upon delivery, Ekshabd Jewels will not be liable to offer any form of refund.
